Programme Overview

Operations has become a critical driver of organisational performance, requiring professionals to combine operational expertise with analytical decision-making. As supply chains grow more complex and businesses rely increasingly on data-driven insights, managers must develop the capability to optimise processes, forecast demand, and improve efficiency across operational systems. The Executive Programme in Operations Management & Analytics by IIT Delhi’s Continuing Education Programme (CEP) is designed to equip professionals with essential concepts, tools, and analytical techniques used in modern operations management. Through live online sessions led by IIT Delhi faculty, participants learn key areas such as production planning, capacity management, forecasting, quality control, and inventory optimisation. By integrating operational frameworks with analytics tools and practical applications, the programme helps participants strengthen their ability to analyse operational challenges, improve productivity, and support data-driven decision-making within their organisations.
